Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager from the Travel Industry, with proven expertise in corporate sales and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling experience and the ability to drive business growth by building and nurturing long-term corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients in the travel domain.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations with corporate clients to close high-value deals.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve both individual and group targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with operations and ticketing teams to deliver seamless service to corporate clients.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Travel, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience within the travel industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel sales, MICE, and client servicing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to handle high-profile corporate clients.
  • Strong leadership and team-handling experience.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
