Client Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with exporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse operators. Provide customized desiccant solutions based on cargo type (food, electronics, chemicals). C. Market Research & Strategy Analyze competitors (Silica Gel, Clay Desiccants, etc.) and pricing trends. Identify new verticals (e.g., electronics, agriculture) for moisture control needs. Achieve annual sales (depends on order sizes). Collaborate with R&D team for client-specific product modifications. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: Freshers Skills: Negotiation, CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce), cold-calling. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry / MBA / B.Tech (Chemicals/Packaging preferred).
