Internship -Business Development

Industry: Container Desiccants (Moisture Control for Cargo)

Target Clients: Food exporters, pharma logistics, chemical manufacturers, shipping companies

Key Responsibilities

A. New Business Acquisition

• Identify & target potential clients in food packaging, pharma, logistics, and chemical storage.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, trade shows, and industrial directories.
• Conduct product demos and negotiate contracts with shipping/logistics firms.

B. Client Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with exporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse operators.
• Provide customized desiccant solutions based on cargo type (food, electronics, chemicals).

C. Market Research & Strategy

• Analyze competitors (Silica Gel, Clay Desiccants, etc.) and pricing trends.
• Identify new verticals (e.g., electronics, agriculture) for moisture control needs.
• Achieve annual sales (depends on order sizes).
• Collaborate with R&D team for client-specific product modifications.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: Freshers
• Skills: Negotiation, CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce), cold-calling.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry / MBA / B.Tech (Chemicals/Packaging preferred).

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
