Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 14 years of experience to join our team as a Manager - Corporate Quality in Trichy, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and assurance.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that drive business growth.

Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Provide training and coaching to team members on quality control procedures and best practices.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job

Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management or a related field.

Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
