Job Description

Perform quality checks on incoming packaging materials as per defined standards.
Conduct packaging tests, including but not limited to: Leakage tests, colour check,
Operate and maintain testing instruments and equipment with precision.
Determine appropriate
sampling sizes
based on AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) or company standards.
Maintain detailed records of test results and inspections; prepare quality reports and summaries.
Track, collect and analyze data using
Excel
and other tools to identify trends or recurring issues.
Collaborate with, procurement team, quality team and vendors to ensure continuous improvement.
Support investigations into packaging-related complaints or failures and drive corrective and preventive action.

Personality:

Role involves meeting and communicating with a lot of people.
Attention to detail with ability to spot patterns
Very structured in day-to-day work
Collaborative in nature. The job involves working with cross functional teams while being in the hot seat. The person needs to be comfortable with this type of a role and have maturity to handle difficult situations
