Job Description

As a skilled professional in handling media relations, corporate communication, and crisis management, as well as possessing good public relations with all media outlets, you are well-equipped to excel in the following role. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics across various digital marketing channels such as website, email, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising. - Track KPIs, identify trends, and offer actionable recommendations in close collaboration with the marketing team. - Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to ensure precise data collection. - Develop dashboards and automated reports for internal stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. - Conduct competitor analysis and market research to pinpoint growth opportunities for the organization. - Support A/B testing initiatives and conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness. - Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to enhance the user journey and campaign performance. - Assist in budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting on ad spend performance to optimize resource allocation. - Track, measure, and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns including paid advertising, SEO, social media, email marketing, and website traffic. - Analyze user behavior, customer journeys, and conversion funnels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Develop, manage, and maintain dashboards and regular reports to offer clear insights to the marketing and leadership teams. - Collaborate with digital, creative, and content teams to provide data-backed recommendations for optimizing campaigns. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI metrics for all digital initiatives to ensure strategic alignment. - Conduct competitor analysis and market research using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager to benchmark performance and identify growth opportunities.
