Job Description

As the Manager, Compensation Operations, you will play a critical leadership role in driving efficiency, compliance, and excellence across our organization's global compensation programs. Your responsibilities will include leading the delivery and flawless execution of global compensation programs and processes, as well as spearheading transition and transformation efforts to streamline operational work from the Total Rewards and Mobility COEs into the ES Global Operations team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a roadmap for expanding the scope of compensation and mobility support delivered by the Global Operations Centre. - Partner closely with Total Rewards and Mobility COE leaders to strategically plan and execute the successful transition of operational programs and processes. - Engage with senior leaders and global stakeholders to build partnerships, understand local nuances, and ensure solutions align with business and HR philosophy. - Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure all compensation and mobility strategies align with business goals. - Lead, manage, and mentor the existing team of Compensation and Mobility Specialists to foster a high-performance culture. - Analyze operational and program data to identify trends, provide clear explanations, and use data insights to plan for future compensation programs. - Drive standardization and consistent employee experience across regions through optimization and automation efforts. - Oversee Case Management function to ensure adherence to SLAs, high CSAT scores, and other operational metrics. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, with a focus on Total Rewards and Mobility Management. - Proven experience in managing teams and leading by example to deliver an excellent employee experience. - Strong skills in transition management and a track record of moving operational work from COEs/Central teams to shared Service Hubs. - Project management skills with experience managing complex cross-functional projects, identifying and resolving issues and risks. - In-depth knowledge of global compensation models, incentive plans, and employee mobility/relocation programs. - Familiarity with HCM and Compensation systems like Workday, SAP, Peoplesoft, Beqom, Anaplan, etc. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders.,
