Position: Manager Civil (Building & Infra Maintenance)

Manager Civil

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management

  : Lead and motivate the civil maintenance team, drive performance and quality.

• Infrastructure Maintenance

  : Maintain ISO cleanrooms, dry rooms, HVAC systems, chillers, STP/ETP/WTP, PEB buildings, and utilities.

• Safety & Compliance

  : Enforce safety protocols and ensure statutory compliance.

• Efficiency & Cost Control

  : Optimize maintenance operations, control budgets, and manage vendors effectively.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

  : Work closely with Admin, Production, and Engineering teams for uninterrupted operations.

• Training & Development

  : Identify skill gaps and implement upskilling programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Strong background in Li-ion cell manufacturing technologies.
• Proven expertise of maintaining the factory and administrative buildings.
• Proven expertise of maintenance of low humidity Dryroom and Clean rooms.
• Expert in budget tracking and cost optimisation.
• Stong control on service providers and suppliers to get the desired outputs
• Flexible to work in the rotation shifts.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams towards maintenance excellence, bringing out the best in each team member.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, honed through practical experience in navigating complex manufacturing scenarios.
• Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards, with a track record of flawless compliance.
• Effective communication and people skills, fostering an inclusive and communicative environment.
