Job Summary

Responsible for enhancing manufacturing and assembly operations flexibility and responsiveness to effectively handle growing customer demands while maintaining our competitive edge and ensuring continued customer satisfaction during high-growth momentum phase. The role maintains a predominantly shop floor orientation, emphasizing operational oversight & real time problem resolution.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

1. Conduct Vibration welding and ultrasonics fixtures assembly work & manage

Vibration welding fixture electrical wiring installations ensuring quality compliance.

2. Execute special purpose machines manufacturing, mechanical assembly and troubleshooting tasks

3. Troubleshoot fixture technical issues on the shop floor as they arise.

4. Maintain effective communication & coordination with team members and supervisors.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Diploma or ITI certification in relevant engineering/technical field

• Knowledge of Vibration welding and ultrasonics fixture assembly processes

• Skills in Special purpose machines manufacturing, mechanical assembly, and troubleshooting

• Competency in Vibration welding fixtures electrical wiring

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to handle tasks and troubleshoot on shop floor effectively
