•Set up and execute APAC entire budget cycle including process, guidance, template, role and responsibility•Ensure well-defined CAPEX budget to meet company capacity requirementT&M and Rolling LE forecasting•Track CAPEX investment per project plan and ROI•Forecast CAPEX investmentCAPEX in Compliance with DAG and Policy•Ensure project execution in compliance with company policy •Ensure CAPEX investment in compliance with company DAGBenchmark Cost Structure•Analyze CAPEX investment by category & package•Build up Best in Class investment structure of a new brewery or expansion linesCapex PMO•Understand the Capex System structure•Familair with the operation of each system, like PU, Champion, ORS, PBI, BPM•Tackle the daily problem about each system•plan and organise the system enhancement
