2. Well versed with all routine and event based compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, 2008, FEMA or rules notified there under.

3. Well versed with filing of all e-Forms with the registrar of the companies under the ministry of corporate affairs.

4. Conducting Secretarial audit and issue certificates to any institutions/Authority after thoroughly diligence of the books and the applicability of the statute within time stipulated by the law.

5. Well versed with RBI compliances in respect of FDI ie FCGPR, FCTRS, ECB, ODI etc.

Experience Required

·        Ability to guide trainees, check their work

·        Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with Staff.

·        Good communication skills – English, Hindi (written and oral).

·        Good team player.
