Job Description

As a Manager, Business & Market Development for Transfer Solutions at Mastercard, your role will involve supporting the product commercialization and go-to-market execution for Mastercard's Transfer Solutions (Cross Border Services and Mastercard Send) business. You will play a crucial part in scaling Transfer Solutions capabilities by collaborating with regional, global, and market teams. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, including Compliance Due Diligence/KYC and Contracting matters, ensuring all necessary internal approvals are obtained. - Engage with internal stakeholders to implement new business models and operationalize new flows effectively. - Create dashboards and monthly updates to track KPIs. - Provide training on compliance procedures, salesforce approvals, and best practices to the team. - Ensure process efficiencies and monitor SLAs for turnaround, striving for continuous improvement. - Prospect and contract banks and NBFIs in coordination with various internal teams and market/geography teams. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of working experience with expertise in cross-border flows. - Good understanding of KYC requirements and cross-border background. - Experience in contract drafting and client engagement. - Strong interpersonal skills to influence and build credibility. - Cross-functional team leadership experience in managing complex projects under tight deadlines. - Prior experience in customer onboarding preferred. As a highly collaborative individual, you will need to manage relationships across multiple functional areas, regional executives, leadership, key customers, and strategic partners across Asia Pacific. Your ability to articulate clear thought processes, navigate complex discussions, and lead cross-functional teams will be essential for success in this role.
