Manager - Business Loans - Indirect, LAP

• A Manager - Business Loans - Indirect, handling LAP (Loan Against Property), for Lucknow is tasked with driving loan sales and business growth through indirect channels such as DSAs, brokers, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales for Business Loans and LAP through cross channels (DSA/branch/broker) and open market sources in Lucknow.
• Develop and expand the distribution network, appoint and support new channel partners, and ensure their high productivity.
• Meet and explain products to clients (including HNI customers), builders, and project owners; coordinate builder tie-ups and approvals for LAP.
• Drive growth by onboarding new branches and DSAs, providing training and development to partners and internal teams.
• Liaise with internal teams (credit, legal, technical, operations) to ensure smooth processing from application to disbursal.
• Cross-sell and multi-sell associated products (insurance, CASA, credit cards) to maximize revenue.
• Monitor and report sales performance, pipeline health, and customer feedback using MIS and business reports.
• Guarantee top-class customer service that boosts satisfaction and NPS scores; maintain regulatory compliance and portfolio quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation or MBA, with at least 2 years’ experience in business loan or LAP sales via DMA/DST/DSA/branch partnerships.
• Excellent relationship management, sales, negotiation, and service orientation.
• Good understanding of secured loan processes and credit policies, and ability to manage deal flow and team productivity.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
