As a Legal Manager at Archbridge Capital, a fast-growing NBFC in Gurugram, you will be responsible for the following: - Handling end-to-end legal oversight on loan documentation, collateral structuring, and secured lending processes. - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with borrowers, partners, and vendors. - Ensuring compliance with applicable NBFC and regulatory frameworks. - Working closely with risk, operations, and collections teams to safeguard the company's interests. We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications: - 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in NBFCs or lending institutions. - Strong understanding of secured lending laws, SARFAESI, DRT processes, and contract law. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing legal risks in a fast-paced financial environment.
