Role Responsibilities

• Call clients

  post-loan login

  to welcome them and explain the overall loan process.
• Provide clear communication on the

  fee structure

  and related charges.
• Educate clients about

  future fees

  (legal, technical, etc.) and ensure clarity that payments must be made directly to the

  company’s account

  .
• Maintain proper records of client interactions in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Credit, Legal, etc.) to handle client queries effectively.
• Build and maintain a

  positive client experience

  through transparency and proactive support.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Post Graduate (any discipline).
• 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome; prior exposure to

  customer service / client handling / telecalling

  is a plus).
• Strong communication skills in

  Hindi

• Ability to explain financial processes with

  clarity and patience

  .
• Good interpersonal skills and a

  client-first mindset

  .
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
