Manager - Business Development

As Manager-Business Development in India Market, your role involves identifying new opportunities to expand markets, drive business growth, and increase revenue from current accounts. You will build and maintain strategic partnerships while nurturing relationships with influencers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for sales in the Indian market for our SaaS Product - Lead outbound and direct sales efforts by engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals - Manage deal sizes of INR 50 L ARR independently - Coordinate with Pre-sales team for Demos / POCs - Prepare proposals, conduct commercial negotiations, and handle contracting - Utilize strong communication skills to sell and interact with CXO profiles Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience in outbound and direct sales, preferably in the garment industry - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in selling ERP solutions - Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and lead generation tools - Experience in B2B SaaS Product companies or IT/Tech Services companies - Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs Additional Company Details: - Job Type: Full-time - Experience: B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech sales, preferably in ERP, CAD: 4 years (Required), selling ERP solutions or CAD Softwares: 3 years (Required) - Work Location: In person (Note: Omitted the application question section as it was not relevant to the job description),
