Job Description

the During your time with Probus Smart Things,

  • Coordination Between Client, Pre-Sales, Product, and Other Internal Teams:
  1. Manage communication and collaboration between clients, the pre-sales team, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  2. Facilitate smooth information flow between teams to ensure all stakeholder needs are addressed

  • Proposal Writing:
  1. Lead the preparation of detailed proposals for tenders and bids, working closely with product, technical, and finance teams to ensure all aspects of the proposal were accurate, persuasive, and aligned with client specifications.

2. Coordinate the collation of technical, financial, and project documentation, ensuring that the bid submissions were comprehensive and competitive within the energy utility space.

  • Presentation and Demonstration to Customers:
  1. Deliver engaging product presentations and technical demonstrations to customers, effectively showcasing the value and benefits of Probus Smart Things' IoT solutions for energy grid digitization and efficiency.
  2. Work with clients to understand their specific needs and customized demonstrations to highlight the relevant features and capabilities of the solutions.

3. Proactively build the relationship with customer to see any cross-sell/up-sell in addition to the existing offering

  • Deal Negotiations:

1. Play a key role in negotiating terms for high-value contracts with clients,

ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and driving successful deal closures.

2. Coordinate with legal and finance teams to draft contracts and ensure compliance

with company policies, while focusing on maximizing revenue and meeting client expectations.

  • Support/Lead Marketing Events and Conferences:

1. Lead and support various marketing events, conferences, and industry forums to

showcase Probus Smart Things products and technologies to prospective clients and

partners.

2. Represent the company at trade shows and conferences, building strong relationships

with industry stakeholders and positioning the company as a leader in the energy IoT

space.

Skills & Qualifications-

  • B.Tech degree and MBA in Marketing.
  • Experience of 2-3 years in related field and expertise in preparing, submitting, and managing competitive bids.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in crafting persuasive, data-driven proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Proficient in delivering technical and business presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Led and supported successful marketing events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility.
