Business Development Strategy

• Develop and execute clinical engagement strategies that align with the organization's growth and revenue goals.
• Identify new market opportunities, emerging clinical trends, and strategic alliances to expand the organizations outreach.
• Support the launch and scale-up of new centers, services, and medical programs with focused clinical engagement plans.

Clinical Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide network of doctors, hospital administrators, and medical practitioners across specialties (e.g., geriatrics, internal medicine, orthopedics, palliative care).
• Drive the onboarding and sustained engagement of referring physicians and clinical partners.
• Organize clinical meets, CMEs, knowledge-sharing sessions, and doctor engagement initiatives to enhance brand recall and trust.

Referral Development & Conversion

• Increase patient referrals from healthcare institutions, individual practitioners, and partner networks.
• Track referral sources, understand conversion patterns, and optimize engagement based on analytics and feedback.
• Serve as the point person for managing and resolving any service-related concerns raised by clinical partners.

Market Intelligence & Analysis

• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to understand referral behaviors and decision-making criteria.
• Analyse data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, market penetration, and referral quality; recommend improvement actions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized campaigns for targeted clinical communities.

Stakeholder Education & Brand Representation

• Represent the organization at medical conferences, community events, hospital forums, and industry networks.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, educating clinical stakeholders about the organization’s care model, infrastructure, and differentiators.
• Support reputation building through testimonials, case studies, and clinical outcomes reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with clinical operations, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and responsive experience for referred patients.
