Embedded Software Development Engineer-II

During your time with Probus Smart Things Pvt. Ltd.

Develop and maintain firmware for embedded systems, focusing on basic level data structures.

Utilize IDEs such as STM32, Eclipse, and KEIL for firmware development.

Have a strong understanding of version control systems (VCS) for efficient collaboration and code management.

Optionally, contribute to projects involving real-time operating systems (RTOS) and bare-metal programming.

Optional proficiency in Python and shell scripting for automation and scripting tasks.

You would directly contribute to and influence the ultimate client outcomes we care so much about.

Your development work will allow business assets (engines, factory equipment, trains, etc.), sensors, platforms, applications, and more to communicate with one another and drive action.

Required Skills:

Language Embedded C, Embedded C++.

Python, shell scripting is optional.

Experience in metering and energy products

Extensive knowledge of cellular technology, MQTT, DLMS, MODBUS, RS232/485, IEC104/850 protocols, Embedded Linux(optional).

Extensive Experience of working with ARM application processors.

Knowledge of BLE5.0 and WiFi protocols.

Knowledge of debugging of hardware.

Knowledge of AWS Stack is a secondary skill to have

Capacity to work dedicatedly towards goal achievement

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
