Job Description

Key Skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

Guide and motivate a team of embedded engineers.
Take ownership of independent modules for delivery to customers.
Participate in high/low level requirement analysis, code, and design reviews.
Build high-quality embedded products while following best practices.
Engage in all phases of embedded hardware and software development including design, architecture, testing, release, and support.
Develop and port device drivers, BSP, and boot loaders.
Integrate sensors and perform data acquisition and analysis.
Design and develop app/web interfaces.
Test PCB assemblies for embedded systems.
Demonstrate strong analytical fundamentals and problem-solving skills.

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience with embedded systems and real-time product development
Proficiency in C programming for microcontroller-based applications
Experience with communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet, etc.)
Expertise in IoT platforms and integration with embedded hardware
Solid understanding of RTOS concepts including task scheduling, memory management, and multithreading
Experience working with microcontrollers and SoCs for board-level bring-up
Knowledge of firmware development, debugging tools, and hardware interfaces
Working knowledge of C++ and QNX OS is an added advantage
Ability to analyze system-level issues and drive root cause resolution
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and team collaboration skills
