Responsibilities :
- Work on new business pitches; including primary and secondary research, campaign ideation and media mapping- Generate new business leads- Identify RFP opportunities for participation- Up-sell services to existing clients- Networked with industry- Custodian of Agency Awards- Training and supervision of team- Generate marketing stories for Media Mantra group- Assessing new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind- Identifying, exploring, and evaluating business opportunities, performing risk assessment, and mitigating potential risksRequired Skills :
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in clearly communicating the strategy, either verbally or in written form.- Well-rounded young professionals who can evaluate a business for its weaknesses and strengths.- A willingness to work with the same spirit for long hours and meeting project deadlines.- Good negotiation and persuasion skills will come in handy.- A solution-oriented approach and the ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems timely and effectively.Experience : Minimum 4 to 8 Years of Exp.
