About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (International Market) to drive global partnerships and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in international B2B business development, particularly in web and mobile application development services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets.
• Promote and sell web and mobile application development services to global clients.
• Conduct research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding business requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure win–win agreements.
• Communicate effectively with international clients across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in international B2B business development.
• Strong knowledge of web/app development services and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive).
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
