Manager, Business Development Channel Partners

You should possess an MBA or MBA equivalent post-graduate degree, along with 5+ years of experience in business development or account management within the realm of recruiting and managing clients or channel partners. Furthermore, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the e-commerce industry is required. Your role will involve independently analyzing and solving problems, necessitating strong written and verbal communication skills. A key aspect of this position involves working with and influencing large strategic sellers and brands, thus requiring the ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you should be able to initiate, lead, and manage projects beyond your primary responsibilities. Proficiency in advanced MS Office skills, including Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential for this role. Preferred qualifications include experience in the cross-border e-commerce landscape, team management, and B2B interactions with manufacturers and suppliers. An in-depth knowledge of India's manufacturing landscape is advantageous. You should have a strong willingness to learn new concepts, the ability to work autonomously while thinking critically and logically, and experience in influencing and organizing others.
