Drive Business Growth: Achieve revenue and profit (EBITDA) targets from key industrial sectors like agri-products, commodities, heavy engineering, and energy. Win large deals and strategic customer accounts. Sales and Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities across manufacturing and capital goods. Manage the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers (CXOs, procurement, supply chain heads). Ensure high client retention and satisfaction through regular reviews and communication. Collaboration Across Teams: Work with other business units to deliver complete logistics solutions. Ensure accurate pricing, quotes, and commercial approvals. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators like sales pipeline, deal win/loss, and profit margins. Maintain sales discipline using CRM tools.
