Sales Manager / Business Development (Used Construction & Mining Equipment) About the role: Own revenue for your territory—source sellers, build buyer demand, and close auction/direct-sale deals on our marketplace. What you’ll do Build & manage a strong lead pipeline (sellers + buyers) Manage key accounts (EPCs, dealers, banks/NBFCs); coordinate logistics Maintain CRM & weekly MIS; share quick market-price intel KPIs: Lead→sale conversion, units closed, monthly revenue, CSAT/TAT.
