Location: Gurgaon

Notice Period: Preference for candidates with shorter notice (1–1.5 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central coordination point between internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners/ IPCs
• Drive seamless execution of business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Support leadership in preparing business reports, presentations, and dashboards for decision-making.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication across departments to resolve bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Assist in strategic initiatives, business development activities, and client relationship management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits, reviews, and performance tracking.

Candidate Profile

Education: Tier 1 institutions or reputed Tier 2 colleges such as NICMAR, SPA, etc. preferred.

Experience:

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in business coordination, preferably within International Property Consultants (IPCs).
• Strong exposure to real estate, facilities management, or corporate services.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical ability with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to multitask and manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry practices and compliance requirements.

Other Requirements:

• Preference for male candidates to maintain diversity balance within the current team composition.
• Candidates with shorter notice periods (1–1.5 months) will be prioritized.
