We are looking for a highly organized and proactive operations professional to ensure smooth functioning within our business unit. The role involves tracking deliverables, managing MIS reports, coordinating across teams, and ensuring that all tasks and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:


> Maintain and update MIS reports and dashboards to track ongoing work and timelines.

> Understand the sequence of activities and interdependencies to ensure smooth workflow.

> Anticipate bottlenecks, resolve issues, and coordinate follow-ups across teams.

> Flag delays or process gaps and proactively work toward solutions.


Ideal Profile:

> Alert and quick to identify issues, with the ability to find practical solutions.

> Comfortable with Excel or basic reporting tools.

> Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure accountability across tasks.
