Education: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Branding & Digital Communications

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Manager – Branding & Digital Communications to lead our brand-

building and digital engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening the

organization’s brand identity, driving digital strategies, and ensuring impactful communication across all

platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance brand visibility and positioning.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, website, email, etc.).
• Manage social media presence and create engaging content to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for creative campaigns, digital assets, and promotional materials.
• Oversee website management, content updates, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics for digital campaigns, ensuring ROI-driven outcomes.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Stay updated with emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand ahead of competitors.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and content management systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize impactful branding campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media management and digital advertising platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years).
• Knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator) will be an added advantage.
• Certification in Digital Marketing/Brand Management (preferred, not mandatory).
