As a Manager Branding & Digital Communications at Parul Sevashram Hospital, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's brand identity and digital engagement strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing branding strategies, executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, collaborating with internal and external teams for creative campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics for ROI-driven outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance brand visibility and positioning. - Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. - Manage social media presence and create engaging content to boost brand awareness. - Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for creative campaigns and promotional materials. - Oversee website management, content updates, and SEO/SEM initiatives. - Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics for digital campaigns. - Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. - Stay updated with emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and content management systems. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize impactful branding campaigns. - Proficiency in social media management and digital advertising platforms. - Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. - Knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator will be an added advantage. - Certification in Digital Marketing/Brand Management is preferred, but not mandatory.
