About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Manager | BDO who can take charge of both Sales and Operations departments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business growth, client management, and team leadership — preferably from the Aluminium Windows, UPVC, or Building Materials industry.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive business expansion while ensuring seamless project and operations management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent follow-ups and satisfaction.
• Handle quotations, pricing negotiations, and final closures confidently.
• Conduct site visits, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Track market trends, competitor movements, and business opportunities.

Operations & Team Management

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of sales and project teams.
• Plan and monitor project progress, ensuring timely material delivery and quality control.
• Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
• Manage cost control, inventory, and departmental performance.
• Prepare regular reports, review team efficiency, and execute daily action plans.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Operations Management.
• Preferably from the Aluminium Windows / UPVC / Construction / Building Materials sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and meet targets effectively.
• Plus two , Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and project coordination.
