Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager / Assistant Manager Sales to join our Luxury Residential Sales team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in high-end residential real estate sales with a proven ability to handle HNI clients and close premium deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of luxury residential properties through effective client engagement and relationship building
Manage end-to-end sales process including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and deal closure
Handle High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) with professionalism and discretion
Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure referrals and repeat business
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead follow-ups and promotional activities
Stay informed about luxury market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences
Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction

Key Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
3 to 5 years of experience in Luxury Residential Sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience in dealing with HNI/UHNI clients is a must
Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
Professional appearance and demeanor
