Since its inception, the Foundation has been proactively engaged in formulating and executing education programs at primary, secondary and tertiary levels. All its actions are driven by a necessity and resolve, not only to offer free education to the underprivileged children, but also to create opportunities that enable their holistic development.

Bharti Airtel Foundation consistently works to realize its vision, mission and goals in collaboration and partnership with its stakeholders, including government, corporate sector and rural community.

• Post graduate preferably in Math/ Stat/ Sciences with B. Ed.
• 6-8 yrs. in School Education with at least 2-3 yrs. as PGT with Experience in educational evaluation/ school examination processes.

• Integrate and synergies assessment processes to the curriculum delivery and implementation.
• Provide reality based solutions in terms of assessment tools and techniques.
• Implement the framework for ongoing teacher and student assessment and ensure its implementation across the program.
• Create assessment tools like rubrics and feedback forms to gauge the efficacy of the curriculum.
• Support the process of selection of text books, library books and other educational material.
• Implementation of assessment processes and analysis of results to provide feedback for training needs and curriculum enhancement.
• Coordinate with External Partners for effective assessment practices.
