Responsibilities–

Improve delivery efficiencythrough project management:

o Accuratelyrecord and maintain data related to resource projections

o Provideinputs for enhancing project management support

o Reviewthe project plan and ensure it is in line with customer expectations andrequirements

o Liaisewith relevant departments for process/ cost / timeline estimation and ensure allrequired information is collated

o Escalateany deviations with respect to timelines, cost or process to the reportingmanager in a timely manner

o Identifyand assess potential risks associated with a project and communicate to thereporting manager

o Coordinatewith the finance and scientific teams for scale up, SFC/ Chiral purification,chemical invoicing for each collaboration

o Ensurethe final compounds are shipped to clients/ biology team in a timely manner

Build lasting clientrelationship:

o Attendteleconferences with clients/ scientific teams and share action items with them

Ensure high morale andskill development of team and self:

o Develop,mentor and coach the team members

o Recognizebest performers through various rewards & recognition programs

o Monitorthe performance of the team on a continuous basis to identify key performers

o Mentorsubordinates

o Enhance knowledge related to project management tools, reporting tools, certifications etc. through trainings
