Key deliverables: Open and scale agency business to increase marketing spends on PhonePe Ads Build and maintain strong relationships with agency stakeholders including commercial teams and media planners Drive awareness and adoption of PhonePe Ads through roadshows, workshops, and detailed account discussions Achieve revenue targets through rigorous business development and deepening agency account penetration Role responsibilities: Manage and grow agency partnerships to maximize campaign spends and market share Conduct outbound sales to penetrate new accounts and expand business lines Collaborate with agencies to secure campaign briefs across key accounts and industries Provide feedback loops for product improvements based on agency outcomes and requirements
