Manager Agency Sales

You will be a part of the Ad Sales team at PhonePe, where you will play a crucial role in enabling brands to leverage PhonePe's strength in user reach, scale, and engagement for their marketing objectives. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with Brand Marketing & Performance Marketing teams of advertisers/brands or marketing agencies. - Open and scale agency business to gain larger spends within the marketing budgets of large marketing agencies in India - Establish strong relationships with multiple stakeholders such as Commercial teams, Digital leads, and Media planners within the Agency-Region specific teams - Build strong 1:1 relationships with agency personnel to understand spends across objectives, channels, and scope potential for PhonePe Ads - Drive awareness for PhonePe Ads offerings within the agencies through roadshows, workshops, and account depth discussions - Deliver on revenue targets by establishing business development rigors & feedback loops for product outcomes delivered & scope of further business - Handle outbound sales (hard/push sales) according to business needs to penetrate new accounts and new business lines deeper - Collaborate within Agencies to ensure inflow of campaign briefs from key accounts and various industries to gain a larger spend share from the Agency - 5+ years of similar experience in Media - Graduation from a Tier 1 college PhonePe offers a range of benefits for its full-time employees, including insurance benefits, wellness programs, parental support, mobility benefits, retirement benefits, and other benefits like higher education assistance, car lease, and salary advance policy.
