As an Admin Manager at First Door Realty LLP, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all office administration functions to ensure the smooth operations of pantry, housekeeping, maintenance, and IT requirements. Your strong organizational skills, vendor management expertise, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in maintaining an efficient and well-managed office environment across all branches. Your responsibilities will include supervising housekeeping and pantry staff, managing office supplies and infrastructure, coordinating with vendors for maintenance and procurement, and collaborating with the IT team to ensure proper functioning of all office systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing the administrative budget, and providing support to employees regarding workplace facilities and amenities. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in administration, facility management, or office operations. Strong knowledge of housekeeping, pantry management, office maintenance, IT support, and vendor management is required. Proficiency in MS Office applications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle emergencies effectively are also essential for this position.
