Designation Manager Accounts Receivable

Location Lower Parel

Key Responsibilities:

1. Debt Collection: Contact customers via phone or email to collect outstanding debts, following up

on overdue accounts.

2. Customer Communication: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer

inquiries, resolving disputes, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

3. Payment Negotiation: Negotiate payment arrangements with customers, ensuring timely and

full payment of outstanding debts.

4. Account Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, including

payment history, contact information, and collection activity.

5. Communicate with sales team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and

outstanding payments.

6. Provide sales team with updates on outstanding payments and work together to resolve any

payment issues.

7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing

debt collection.

8. Prepare and submit regular reports to the Management, highlighting collection activities,

payment receipts, and other key performance metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
