Manager - Accounts Payable

In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate competencies such as leading by example, taking proactive measures, focusing on results, and taking complete accountability for your actions on a daily basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring business compliance, identifying issues, escalating them as needed, updating trackers, and supporting audits for necessary documentation. - Supervising and maintaining tight control over daily and monthly dashboards - Resolving clarifications from vendors and internal partners through written communication and calls - Adhering to Service Level Agreements - Updating systems and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives - Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures You will also be responsible for supporting metrics reporting, standardizing procedures to drive efficiency, maintaining document retention in line with policies, updating SOPs, and managing a team of 30+ members with a global footprint. People management will be a key aspect of your role, involving hiring, mentoring, performance management, and team motivation.
