Manager- Accounts and Finance

You should be an experienced Manager in Accounts and Finance with a background in a CA Firm preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting and finance department, managing and guiding accounting staff, ensuring timely financial reporting and budgeting, monitoring financial performance, and implementing improvements. You will also be required to develop and maintain accounting policies for compliance, manage cash flow and budgeting activities, coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities, and provide financial analysis for decision-making. It is essential to stay updated on accounting regulations and trends. To qualify for this position, you should be a CA Qualified professional or hold a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. You must have proven managerial experience in accounting and finance, a strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, excellent analytical and leadership skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines, strategic thinking abilities, and effective communication skills. Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities are also required.
