Role & responsibilities Overall supervision of the accounts department. Preparation of the financials on periodical basis. Analysis of financials and report to the management for optimum results. Preparation of budgets and budgetary control. Preparation of MIS as per Managements requirement. Comply all statutory compliances well in time. Attend GST and IT assessment and scrutiny. Renewal of bank credit facilities well in time. Planning for collection of fund (from debtors) and its utilization (to creditors). Reporting to management for any improvement of the organization Position Interactions This position will see focus on dealing with: Vendors, Consultants, Auditors Banks and other appropriate government officials. Internal Teams like Sales and Marketing, Stores, Purchase, QA/QC and HR. Skills & Abilities Ability to work within a team and build a congenial atmosphere. Dedicated, result oriented and committed to work. Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Essential Graduation in Commerce with professional degree (CA/CMA) Good written and verbal communication skills Good computer operating skills, particularly MS Office and Tally/ERP.
