Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end UK payroll with accurate and timely processing.
Validate payroll inputs (joiners, leavers, revisions, bonuses, deductions).
Calculate PAYE, National Insurance, pension, and statutory payments (SMP, SSP, SPP).
Review, audit, and reconcile payroll outputs before approval.
Ensure compliance with HMRC rules, RTI submissions, and UK employment laws.
Stay updated on tax codes, pension auto-enrolment, and statutory changes.
Support internal/external audits with reports and documentation.
Maintain GDPR and data protection standards.

Qualifications

Bachelors
/PG degree (Commerce preferred).
Knowledge of UK payroll laws and tax regulations.
Experience with
SAP, Workday, UKG,
or similar payroll tools.
Strong MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas).
Accurate data entry, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of payroll accounting.
