Stipend: 15000/-

This program offers immersive, hands-on exposure to how a startup functions across core verticals, operations, HR, marketing, logistics, customer experience, and strategy.

Trainees will work closely with leadership, gaining mentorship and real-time learning in a fast-growing environment. This program includes a 6-month intensive training period, after which trainees will be offered a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating day-to-day homecare operations
• Ensure smooth scheduling and execution of field visits
• Communicate with users, medical teams, and internal departments
• Participate in cross-functional workflows and process building
• Support marketing initiatives, including field campaigns and patient engagement activities
• Contribute to strategy discussions, analytics, and startup problem-solving

• BBA/MBA graduates who want high ownership and a multi-department learning experience
