Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in Trivandrum. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for,

• Manage leads (calls & sales follow-ups)
• Handle bookings & client relationship management
• Coordinate with labs – report sharing & updates
• Collect client feedback & ensure smooth service experience
