Management Trainee (Sales & Marketing)

Job Profile / Responsibilities:

• Market and sell company steel products including

  Cold Rolled Steel, Hot Rolled Steel, Stamping Components, and Precision Tubes

• Support

  business development initiatives

  by identifying new customers and potential markets
• Assist in

  new product development (NPD)

  by coordinating customer requirements with internal technical and production teams
• Develop and maintain

  strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

• Conduct

  client visits

  to understand customer needs, ensure service satisfaction, and strengthen long-term business relationships
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Collect and analyze

  market intelligence

  , customer feedback, and competitor information
• Coordinate with internal departments for order execution and customer support
• Maintain CRM data and prepare regular sales and activity reports

Candidate Profile / Eligibility:

• Female candidate Fresher

• Full-Time MBA (Sales / Marketing / International Business)

  reputed / good university

• Strong interest in

  B2B sales and marketing

  , preferably in manufacturing or steel industry
• Willingness to travel for client meetings
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, confident, and result-oriented mindset
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
