Job Description

Position:

Management Trainees

Key Responsibilities

For Recruitment Trainee:

Support the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding).
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.
Work with hiring managers to understand position requirements.
Assist with offer rollouts and joining formalities.

For Payroll Trainee:

Assist in end-to-end payroll processing.
Verify attendance, leaves, and reimbursements for accuracy.
Maintain employee master data and payroll documentation.
Support in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.).
Generate payroll MIS and related reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA in HR from a recognized institution.
0 to 6 months of experience or internship exposure in recruitment or payroll.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of HR operations and Excel.
Detail-oriented and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
