Management Trainee (Real Estate Sales)

Aliens Group is looking for results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our team in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze customer requirements.
• Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to generated leads.
• Share project details via calls, emails, or WhatsApp, and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Schedule and coordinate customer site visits.
• Support the sales process from lead engagement to closure.
• Maintain and expand a strong customer database.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and assist in collections if required.

Requirements:

• MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred).
• 0-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
• Willingness to work from office (Hyderabad) with flexible week-offs.

Mode: Work from Office (11-8pm)
