Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesManagement TraineeThe Management Trainee (MT) role is designed to groom high-potential candidates for future leadership positions by providing exposure across different departments in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Candidates must have an MBA with a pharmaceutical background to effectively contribute to the specialized needs of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Gain exposure across Manufacturing, QA/QC, RA, Business Development, Finance, and HR through structured rotations.
Assist in execution of projects such as new product development, process optimization, and compliance.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and trend analysis for management review.
Support QA/RA teams during audits, regulatory filings, and documentation review.
Assist in cost analysis, market research, and operational decision-making support.
Demonstrate problem-solving ability and initiative during assignments to prepare for leadership roles.
Manage the calendar, appointments, plant visits, and meetings of senior management.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence (emails, reports, memos) on behalf of management.
Handle sensitive documents and information with confidentiality.
Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, and ensure follow-up on action points.
Liaise with internal teams, regulators, auditors, vendors, and external partners.
