Management Trainee

We are seeking Fresh MBA Graduates who are eager to learn and grow in various domains of our business including Production, Merchandising, Designing, and Management. As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with senior professionals, gain hands-on industry exposure, and contribute to projects across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in production planning, execution, and coordination.
• Support merchandising activities including product sourcing, vendor communication, and client handling.
• Work with the design team to contribute fresh ideas and market insights.
• Assist management in day-to-day operations, reporting, and strategy implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities.
