Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various non-technical positions (HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, etc.).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database/ATS regularly.
  • Assist in developing creative hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Provide support in client interaction and account management where required.
  • Learn and contribute to end-to-end recruitment processes under the guidance of senior recruiters.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory).
  • Freshers or candidates with up to

    1 year of experience in recruitment/HR

    are encouraged to apply.
