Management Trainee - HR

As a Management Trainee in Non-Technical Recruitment at Impetus Career Consultants, your role involves understanding client requirements and job descriptions for various non-technical positions such as HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and referrals. - Screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, and evaluating candidates against job requirements. - Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients to ensure smooth communication. - Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements. - Maintaining and updating the recruitment database/ATS regularly. - Assisting in developing creative hiring strategies to attract top talent. - Providing support in client interaction and account management as required. - Learning and contributing to end-to-end recruitment processes under the guidance of senior recruiters. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory). - Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR are encouraged to apply.
